But if you are the type that just wants a little help getting started, we can help you get up and running too!

List Your Property With Us
The first step to working together is of course to book a complimentary consultation session. This gives us an opportunity to get to know one another before deciding to work together. We will ask about your property, the services you are looking for and we will tell you more about how we work and our overall style and values.
Then, once we’ve decided we’re a good fit and that we’d all like to move forward, the process is really quite simple.
Here is how it will go:
1. An appraisal will be conducted by one of our team to review whether your property is suitable for Airbnb and what nightly rate and occupancy could be expected.
2. You will be provided with a 'Preparation List' so that you know what needs to be provided in the property.
3. We can do the 'makeover' on the property for you - shopping and setting up. There is an additional cost for this service.
4. Photographs will be taken and a listing created for your home.
5. Listing time – Our marketing experts will put together wording and photos that are sure to appeal to visitors to your area. We will also research the optimum pricing to put on your property to maximize occupancy.
6. Hosting - we will interact with all guest enquiries, meet and greet the guests, exchange keys, look after them during their stay and then clean the property once they leave. We replenish any consumables and attend to any maintenance issues. (25% Commission on Airbnb Payout)

Or Do It yourself
Do you want to manage your own property, but aren’t sure exactly where to get started? The initial meeting is complimentary. If you decide you’d like to use our services, we will advise you on “makeover” if property needs it, take photos, set up listing and show you how to manage your bookings.
Hourly rate of $100/hour
The below services are included in the Ghost Host Signature package or you can pick and choose your services with the a la carte hosting method

Consult
An initial inspection and appraisal will be done on your property with advice given on décor and furnishings.
Bookings
We use our tried and true trade secrets to ensure your property shows up high in it’s rankings. Guest Interaction is a top priority.
Replenish
The details make a difference! We ensure that amenities like toilet paper, shampoo, etc. are all replenished after each visit.
Photos
People book their vacations based on the photography. We work with an excellent photographer to showcase your property and all of it’s amenities.
Walk-Through
It is essential to us that your guests feel welcomed to your home. This connection to the property & to you as the owner often results in repeat bookings & referrals!
Marketing
A listing will be prepared promoting your property with inviting text and photos. We will also help you set up social media and a website if desired.
Cleaning
A thorough cleaning will be conducted before each guest and will be done of the highest standards.
Care
Maintenance issues will be address as they arrive after an owner consult. We prioritize preventative maintenance to prevent larger problems.
Concierge Services
Discounts, reservations, activities and other insider knowledge is shared with your guest so their vacation can be as easy as possible.
