You will get to drive the sled with the musher, and with that, hiking/pushing/walking is involved during some portions of the trail. Children are welcome to sit in the basket. Drive across the narrow causeway for a refuge of rangelands floating on a desert sea. Antelope Island is one of 10 islands in the Great Salt Lake and is the best place to access the Lake. Although surrounded by saltwater, Antelope Island has a plethora of wildlife including the famous 550 – 700 bison roaming the island. Visitors may also see pronghorn antelope, mule deer and bighorn sheep on the island.
