Disrupting the nightly rental market in Park City, Utah

Two women with a dream…

When Natalia and Sarah met in the autumn of 2018, they were both managing a few properties each. As they began to talk and work together, they realized that their skill sets complimented each other perfectly. While Sarah could spend hours analyzing numbers and getting creative with marketing for each property, Natalia was busy delivering home made bone broth to guests (yes, this is true) in addition to toys for the kids. While Sarah was mountain biking and skiing the thousands of acres in and around Park City, Natalia was working private dinner parties and recommending secret menus from all of the top restaurants in town. The things they had in common were their desire to connect to their guests, their desire to have sparkling clean properties and finally their desire to do whatever it takes to make both owners and guests experiences a success. In November, 2018 Ghost Host was officially born.

Sarah and Natalia and their team are the best of the best. I’ve worked with several managers and they are the standard that all are to be compared.

Sarah Brown

Sarah was an established real-estate broker and property manager in Utah owning and managing over 75 properties by the age of 29. She left this high-powered world, moved to Europe and co-founded a program designed to support our heroes in uniform called “Soldier 360”. While living in Europe, she fell in love with Airbnb and became passionate about the opportunity it offered to property owners (in addition to the experience for guests). Upon her return to Utah, she immediately began remodeling some of her properties to see if her idea could work of offering authentic local experiences to guests while helping property owners optimize their income. Fast forward 2 years and the answer is an undeniable YES.  In her free time, she is an outdoor bad-ass who enjoys time with her husband and short-haired pointers skiing, biking, rafting and, of course, traveling.

Natalia Fisher

Natalia is a born and raised native of Park City, UT. As a local growing up in Park City, when the time came for college and some wanted to move onto bigger cities, she stayed close, attending Westminster College in Salt Lake City, wanting to stay near her beloved Park City. Her professional career began with being an office manager for a very distinguished plastic surgeon in Park City for five years. She then chose to be self-employed while raising her daughter. She managed multiple vacation properties in the surrounding Park City areas while offering the owners peace of mind with high level customer service and attention to detail. This began to grow, and she started a successful cleaning business in Park City which catered to Airbnb units and guest services. She loves to camp, explore Utah, and travel while eating and cooking excellent food.

And then there were Five…

Kelli Jamison

Kelli joined Ghost Host in 2020 to support Sarah & Natalia as the company was experiencing some major growth! After a 17 year stint in New York City, she came back to her Utah roots in 2020 and met Sarah (because she rented one of Sarah’s Airbnb’s!) and the rest is history. She does marketing, social media, some accounting work and general “fixing” for the team. When not hustling for Ghost Host/Apres PC, Kelli is shuttling her 3 kiddos around or on a mountain somewhere skiing or hiking.

Karin Rinna

Karin joined Ghost Host in 2020 to assist with boots on the ground operations in Park City. Karin is also our sustainability leader and will not sleep until every recyclable item is in its proper bin and we have the most sustainable toilet paper we can find (hint, she found it!). When not working, she loves to hike and snowshoe and greet all the dogs along the way! Karin also works tirelessly to organize and run Festa Italiana in Salt Lake City every year.

Jennifer Eshelman

Jen joined Ghost Host in 2022 and is the quintessential Ghost Host - Jen’s attention to detail (hello former attorney!) and customer service attitude has her thriving. She is also an account manager for a handful of properties in our portfolio. When not hustling for Ghost Host, Jen is hanging with her two boys, husband and two dogs!

But That’s not where the story ends. Because really, it’s a team effort.

And our team is the very best.

While Sarah & Natalia founded Ghost Host & Kelli, Karin and Jen keep us in line and nice and organized…

Behind the scenes we have a full team of wonderful cleaners that are truly the backbone of our business and such a huge part of our success. Since day one we have made it a priority to pay them a living wage - significantly more than any other companies in the area, bonus them regularly and, well… adore them. (Which we do… Big time! They are THE BEST!)

We are so proud to say that we haven’t lost a single one in three years and we know that when you are trusting your home to us, our entire team is going to be dedicated to the success of your vacation rental and your guests’ complete satisfaction. And that really makes the Ghost Host difference.
